They have been identified as twin 6-year-old boys, Xzavier and Mason Ingle, and their 9-year-old sister, Alivia Stahl. There's nothing they could do to stop it from happening.

The boy was conscious and speaking to emergency workers before he was airlifted to the hospital, Slocum said.
Ingle said there were days Alivia acted more like a mother to her brothers than a big sister, which is why he says it's no surprise that she tried to shield them before they were hit.
"It's an unspeakable tragedy", he said.
'We all have a responsibility to make sure our children get to and from school safely, ' Slocum said.
'We have deployed all school counselors to meet the emotional needs of our staff, students and parents. It urged "the community to come together to pray for the families".
Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb released a statement expressing his condolences. "I ask Hoosiers around the state to join us by sending your deepest prayers for the strength needed to endure such a time".
