A 24-year-old woman in France claims the superstar entertainer raped her earlier this month, between January 15-16th.
The woman whose name has been withheld claimed she and the artiste met at Le Crystal club after which the two proceeded to his hotel room.
The Paris prosecutor's office told The Associated Press that Brown and his group were released from custody and authorized to leave the country while the investigation was ongoing.
He wrote: "I wanna make it perfectly clear..."
Following the rape accusation, Brown had responded with a comment on Instagram where he said: "THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP!" While Karima acknowledged that she returned to the hotel at her own will she said she was exhausted but they convinced her to go back to the Mandarin with a group of people.More news: Netflix Posts $16B Revenues For 2018, Records Subscriber Growth 01/18/2019

His team contends that there was no point where the woman was ever alone with Brown in the suite, and there "were more than 20 people in the room hanging out" the entire time, listening to music that Breezy was playing on his phone.
In 2016, he was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a woman told police he had threatened her with a gun and in 2009 he received five years probation and a community service order for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, in his auto.
One of Brown's bodyguards is among the others detained in the Paris investigation, according to the official.
French magazine Closer was the first to report on Brown's latest legal troubles. She denies the allegations and went as far as to say that the singer had nothing to do with the alleged sexual assault.
