The incident occurred on March 21 when the victim, identified as Serge Fournier, 74, encountered Bishop as he was exiting the bus with his walker. Other passengers on the bus reported that Bishop had been yelling profanities at other passengers before the incident, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
He starts to step off the bus when the woman quickly shoves him from behind, slamming the 74-year-old onto the sidewalk, where Fournier lies motionless sprawled atop his cart, the video shows. However, Fournier later died due to complications from his injuries.
Last Monday, police arrested Cadesha Bishop, 25, on a murder charge.
The elderly man initially refused medical treatment but went to the hospital later that day.
Serge Fournier did manage to get back up after being pushed off the bus. "Very nice, religious person", he added.
Investigators said Bishop left the scene with her child and did not offer assistance to the victim of her attack. On May 3, his family notified detectives of his death, at which point authorities ruled it a homicide.More news: President Trump speaks out against Mueller probe as Barr assigns investigator
