The versatile American film and television actress Stephanie Lynne Niznik passed away on June 23rd, 2019.
Other works that Stephanie Niznik has participated in include guest spots on noteworthy tv shows like Lost, NCIS, CSI: Miami, Diagnosis: Murder, JAG, Sliders, and Murder, She Wrote.
Niznik was active in volunteering for hunger, children and animal rescue organizations and worked with Four Winds Heart-Centered Healing.
She was originally from Bangor, Maine native and graduated from Duke University.
Niznik was perhaps best known for the role of Nina Feeney on the series "Everwood". She attended Cal Arts for a master's degree before starting to land acting roles in Hollywood.

Following her time on Star Trek: Insurrection, in which she characterized Trill Starfleet Ensign Kell Perim, the star went back to the same sci-fi universe to star as Wraith in Rogue Planet, as well as another episode of the show, Star Trek: Enterprise.
The moment the news of her death was announced on social media, there were reactions from her co-workers and fans.
The EPs were last reunited with the Everwood cast at a 15th anniversary panel in 2017.
